No idea because I can't get yoghurt here. I have to order from Azure. I wish I could make it from home. My try was a dismal failure. I have been making whipped coconut cream with some chia seeds ground in. I put it on fruit and granola instead of yoghurt. But, um it's a lot of calories I think

Ack! You can't get yogurt there?! You should try making it at home again! I did it for awhile, and I want to try again. Did you ever try the crockpot method? That one seems to be pretty easy.

yeah, that might have plenty of calories. That's okay. lol

Do you make your own eggless "mayo" or use something else? We go through a jar of it a week.

penniless parenting has a good one from ground flax. We've had good results.

I loved wholesoy yogurt, unfortunately we've had to cut out soy.
