hmmm. IDK. It's pretty easy to just rub the brush over the soap (yep, I bought it).

The dentist told me most tooth pastes are too abrasive because of the silica in them. It's like they want our teeth to be ruined.

She spent almost 45 min with me at a dental school exam. It was amazing.

Yea. I was just thinking I always have olive oil on hand and would have to actually search out and purchase a soap.

Which soap did you find?

I love earth paste, 5 ingredients and the main one is bentonite clay. My kids love it.
Right now i am doing Carlson CLO (because we can afford it, but i am thinking i am going to switch if i can find and affordable unenriched option, it gives me terrible gas

I want to start adding grass fed geletin to smoothies.
I am brushing the kids teeth with earthpaste and then following it up with this ozone tooth and gum oil (i paint along the gum line to stop plaque, and in all the molar crevices to stop any active decay) https://www.amazon.com/PurO3-Tooth-G...393M3XV8RK1B28 and then i follow up with a bit of earth paste with the oil to get minerals into the teeth with the ozone oil.
I asked my holistic dentist about it and he was impressed and excited and said it was an amazing extra step to take to stop decay. Safe for wll ages. The kids HATED it the first week (so did I) but they all line up for their applications no fuss now. (

We aredairy free but i want to trial grassfed raw goat milk now that it is spring
Inalso want to hardboil a dozen organic free range eggs every week and grind up the shells in the coffee grinder and add it to the kkds daily smoothies, trial it. Ds is sensitive to eggs so i wonder if the shells will cause a problem.

We are also doing daily smoothies, so i can sneak geletin, oil, egg shell, and goat milk in one powerfuwpunch... But I am thinking i will add each thing one at a time.

Will it ne enough without butter oil.

Oh also ghee, we tolerate that and use it liberally. : yes

Kiss my Face had one with 3 ingredients. No glycerin. Been using it this week b/c of the thread. My teeth do feel so nice.
