Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
We do hash brown casserole and pigs in blankets. Super healthy but it's only for holidays.

Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
We don't use nuts, but I do use twice the butter and soak the biscuit pieces in the butter sugar mixture before putting them in the pan to make sure every bite is gooey and yum!

Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
My parents, brother, and sister-in-law come over at 9 a.m. every Christmas so I try to make a big breakfast. I think I'm going to do this:
http://www.food.com/recipe/bacon-sau...sserole-148881 with some chocolate chip scones and a fruit salad.

Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
Somehow, it has become tradition to eat Pillsbury cinnamon rolls before we open presents. (This is the only time I ever buy them) And I'll cook eggs and bacon and grits after we open presents.

Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
I used to do cinnamon rolls, but a few years ago, it became too much for me to make them, so I switched Cinnamon Rolls to our New Years Day breakfast.
Plus, we always, always have Moravian Sugar Cake, so that and cinnamon rolls would be too much. So, for us, breakfast is fruit, Moravian Sugar Cake, and eggs of some sort.

Re: Christmas Day Breakfast
Our tradition is to make home made versions of mc Donald's breakfast wraps. So a tortilla with eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown and cheese. We found additive free bacon and sausage and gluten free wraps so ds can have exactly the same as us this year
