LOL! Yes and yes.

Dear cosleeping child,
I love being there to comfort you when you wake from a bad dream.

But, oh, do you toss and turn! I have learned to sleep stiff as a board so as not to wake you with my movements. Yet in return, I am awakened as you shift and wiggle and dance in your dreams.

Dear Cosleeping child,
I know I grumble about your waking me and such, but the reality is that I don't care how long you sleep with me. I remember nightmares that made me afraid to sleep and afraid to go to my parents bed. So I just laid there alone and afraid. I am so glad you don't experience that and have no problem rolling over to me when your dreams are not so great. Even if it does mean I lose my pillow and am crammed against Papa.
