We had Chicken Lazone last night with braised rainbow chard and a salad bar.
Monday was IP night. I had a Mississippi Pot Roast waiting for us when we got home in one IP, mashed potatoes in another, and glazed baby carrots finished up on the stove while the kids set the table.

Last night was grilled sausages and peppers over rice with a yummy salad on the side with butter lettuce, spinach, pecans, blue cheese, and dried cherries.
Tonight I'm planning oven fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cream gravy and corn.
