Cassoulet Recipe??
Do any of you lovelies have a relatively easy cassoulet recipe? It just sounds soooo good but I've never made it myself and would love to!

I made it once but had a beast of a time finding the right ingredients. (Duck confit? The right smoked sausages? uggh!) This one is much easier and tastes good.

Old thread, but I'm wondering if you ever ended up trying the recipe and how it turned out.
I had never even heard of "cassoulet" and had to google! Even with the information, it was still an entirely new concept to me. But I'm always open to new ideas.

I love this. Easy to make with beans, ground beef and tonsured. The garlic bread crumb topping is tasty, and I use almond flour for it.
