No carrier but a coat!
H (nearly 2, 90th percentile in size) spilled water in the car yesterday and it was just chilly enough that the remaining clothes I had for her merited wrapping her in my coat before heading into Target. When we got inside she did not want to get out of the coat.
I haven't worn her in months because she hasn't really been a fan of it for a while. But I zipped my coat up a little more and between the strong elastic and her grip on me I barely needed to hold her I kept asking her if she wanted to get out and she said "no." point blank. People were quite amused by the sight but I felt a little silly. One man said his 4 year old still likes to be under his shirt/coat when he is allowed It was a fun little snuggle with my growing-up-too-fast girlie! :melt

Re: No carrier but a coat!
That is really sweet. I remember being small enough to fit in my mom's coat.
