I think some of them actually sound good, we eat lots of chicken around here.

OH and Dh made us "coca-cola" chicken one night when we were dating, it was really good!!

In that case, I offer you Spicy Chicken & Cornbread

3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
5 oz frozen corn
1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C sliced celery
1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
1/2 C salsa
4 t. cornstarch
1 pkg cornbread mix
1.5 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz can diced green chilis, drained

Combine chicken, corn, broth, celery and onion. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmering uncovered for 10 min. Add salsa. Stir 2 T water into cornstarch, and add to chicken mixture until bubbly. Prepare corn bread according to package directions. Pour chicken mix into baking dish, sprinkling with cheese and chilis. Spoon corn bread mix on top. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

You sure about that?

Caraway seed chicken

3 C chopped cabbage
1 can (32 oz) sauerkraut, drained
1/2 uncooked rice
3/4 c water
3 T oil
1 C chopped onion
1 can 16 oz tomatoes
1 T brown sugar
1/2 t caraway seed
1/8 t pepper
1 fryer chicken cut into serving pieces

Place cabbage in bottom of oblong baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and rice. Pour water on top of mixture. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onion and saute 5 min. or until tender. Add onion to baking dish, then add tomatoes. Sprinkle brown sugar, caraway seed, and pepper over tomatoes. Add chicken, bake in 375 degree oven 1.5 hours or until chicken is tender and browned.

I have no words.

3/4 t. black pepper
1 lb chicken wings

Cut wings into niblets. Mix all other ingredients and pour 1/2 over chicken in large ziplock bag. Marinate for 2 hours. Remove and let come up to room temperature. Broil at 450 for 7 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, thicken remaining sauce with 1 t. cornstarch, and pour over finished chicken or serve on the side.

This actually sounds awesome! I'll probably make it next week when DH is back in town

The cantaloupe chicken salad posted on the 1st page is by far the best

This crockpot gem is called Souper Chicken.

2 lb. chicken parts
1 rib of celery, washed and roughly chopped
1/4 C flour
1 C milk
1 T fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz tomatoes
2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise and then diagonally into 1/2 in pieces. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Heat milk, whisk into flour. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir thoroughly to coat chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
