Has anyone ever used Clenzology?
I was reading about this in the Maker's Diet book and I have a real bad problem with catching colds. I get about 8-10 colds a year so it feels like about once a month I have a cold. I rarely get sick with anything else though so I was hoping this would help that problem! Has anyone tried the actual products for it by Garden of Life? I was just wondering if it was worth the money to buy or just something I could do on my own.

Re: Has anyone ever used Clenzology?
I have used GOL products and liked them but I haven't tried the Clenzology. My first thought is that it is really expensive and I would htink that washing hands consistently and watching where you put your hands wouldn't help...I dunno

Re: Has anyone ever used Clenzology?
My parents use it off and on... my dad has an autoimmune disorder and works in a factory so I'd say it's a good thing for him to use.
I don't use it, partly because it's so expensive and partly because I think soap and water and a nail brush is sufficient for a person with a healthy immune system.

Re: Has anyone ever used Clenzology?
well on the websites its only 35 and i saw one on ebay a few days ago for 25 so I didn't think that was too bad since it comes with hand wash, face wash, ear wash, and tooth wash. I know I can get my hands clean with soap and water but I'm wondering how to clean my tear ducts and mucus glands.

Have you been following the diet? If you do that (eliminating sugar, mainly) and wash well, keep your fingernails short, etc. that may solve the problem for you.

I don't know if I'm completely following it or not since I'm still reading the book and he's still talking about his health more and not as much about the diet. I have done the major things like cut out pork and shellfish .

Re: Has anyone ever used Clenzology?
Then, personally, I wouldn't spend the money on anything special until you've tried the diet and simply keeping clean with plain soap (not antibacterial which is counter productive). That's my For us, the diet plus all natural cleaners made the difference and the food changes will be fairly expensive, especially in the beginning while you're learning. Save your money for food!
