Spring skirts

I want to make a couple of spring knee length skirts for myself, the thing is, I'm not good at picking the best looking prints for skirts. I will be using my Amy Butler A-line skirt pattern.
If there are fabric lines that you love, or any particular trendy prints that are good for mamas, please share with me.

Maybe try browsing some online stores for the new skirts they have in, and see what kind of thing is showing up. See what appeals... And then try to find something similar in a fabric?

I tried looking on Pinterest to see what the spring trends are...but most of the images were very "Fashionista" or of plus-sized women posting to their fashion blogs. I like Kiara's suggestion above. I might start with J. Crew and Modcloth for inspiration. I'm curious to see what you find.

We were in New Orleans yesterday, in the river walk mall for lunch. Lots of floral prints, denim maxi dresses, and knee length sundresses with lacy overlay.

I think chevron is still "in". Florals and geometric prints are always in style.

I made a chevron print skirt last year. Maybe the colors or the layout, idk. It looked too juvenile, so I gave it to my dd.
