Pickling salt
I am getting ready to can some pickled spicy beans & don't have pickling salt. I'm not quite sure what the word is for "pickling salt" here so I'm not even sure I could buy it. Is there anything I could safely substitute?
Thanks!

Re: Pickling salt
Can you get non-iodized table salt? I would think that would work.
