I feel like I'm missing something here with all the 'turkey' and the loads of food. Is it Christmas already or is there some occasion going on?

Re: November's Dinners
We’re having Thanksgiving leftovers tonight-ham, Turkey, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, etc. I have a fridge stuffed full of leftovers.

Re: November's Dinners
Tonight I sauteed onion garlic and celery, added leftover chopped up turkey and leftover veggies. Added some alfredo sauce that was in my fridge. Put it in a casserole dish. Topped with leftover mashed potatoes and then covered in cheese and baked. Delicious casserole!

Re: November's Dinners
Our Day After Thanksgiving tradition is pie for breakfast. We had turkey and Brussels Sprout hash for lunch. I wasn't hungry for dinner, so the kids just had pasta. I want leftover cheesecake. The kids go to bed soon and dh is out; I just might indulge.

Re: November's Dinners
Tonight I made zucchini boats. Stuffed with sauteed onion, garlic, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and topped with parmesan cheese, monterey jack cheese and colby jack cheese.
With roasted veggies I also cut up fresh fruit as a side but did not get a picture....
