Some kind of chicken rice thing tonight - going to make it up as I go.

For the rest of the week:

Meatloaf, baked potatoes, green beans
Spaghetti and meatballs, maybe with zucchini
Hotdogs, baked beans, potato salad

And I thawed out too much ground beef- what am I going to do with that?! Maybe I’ll cook it up with taco seasoning and refreeze since I don’t need it this week.

Easter- ham, potato casserole, green beans, fruit salad, someone else is bringing dessert, lemon mint water

We're having Barbacoa tacos with avocado, pico de gallo, and roasted corn.

I have some leftover beans I might refry also.

I do groceries every other Wednesday (major stuff) this was that day.
Plans this week

Thursday- Crock pot chickpea noodle soup
Friday - black bean enchiladas
Saturday- black beans and rice bowls (with left over beans from fridays meal)
Sunday Ham mashed potatoes glazed carrots rolls and strawberry pie
Monday- stir fry vegetables with pasta and peanut sauce
Tuesday- Teriyaki chicken casserole
Wednesday - Moms not cooking your old enough to figure it out day
Thursday- cresent roll pizzas and salad

Last night I put together alllll the leftover ingredients - potatos (parboiled them first), broccoli, sour cream, shredded cheddar and a little milk bc it seemed dry. I sprinkled in salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and . . . uh . . . oh chives of course.

I was going to cook chicken sausage with it but boyshine ate 2 sandwiches on his way to play disc golf and missed dinner and dh and I felt it was enough food with the chickden and dd doesnt eat chicken, So tonight will be leftovers and the chicken sausage (and I have saurkraut to use up!)

Tomorrow is sandwiches.

I'm making green chile chicken thighs and rice. I have fresh okra, broccoli, and cauliflower so we'll have one or more of those with it.
