Gyeran Bap just me and the girls tonight. Dh works late and either grabs something out or does a TV dinner. (I'm usually picking up Margaret from school when her comes home). My girls and I love egg dishes so we usually do those on Wednesday. Dh hates eggs.

I have never made chili with rice. Interesting idea. I might have to try it.

I'm stealing graciousmomma's idea and putting a roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery with some balsamic vinaigrette in the crockpot for tonight.

I usually serve chili as a soup topped with cheese and tortilla chips. But sometimes if I don't have quite enough chili for another full meal, I will cook up some gf spaghetti and serve it over that topped with cheese. I suppose that would be more Cincinnati style.

Since I had a procedure done today and have to take it easy tonight, I had dh go grab some Papa Murphy's pizza for us for dinner. Not gf/df (well, I ordered one pizza that way for 14 yo dd, who has some digestive issues). But I am eating regular old pizza tonight, because...

Besides...I did well for the rest of the day....so...regular pizza it is for me tonight.

When I got home from taking wiggle worm to bass early bird climbed in my lap in the car and sat there for 15 min finally saying she hasn't had enough mommy time. So I took her and we grabbed panda express and sat in the car and watched the fairy and the trains. She had a good time.
