This is totally different from everything else on this thread, but I thought of chiropractic issues. I used to have all those symptoms, and after several years of chiro care, I'm finally healthy again.

I just took my blood pressure. It's 133/95.

I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been taking my medicine. I am horrible about taking any kind of medicine.

Guess I better start.

Soy? I have no clue.

And I've been seeing a chiro for the past 6 years.

Set an alarm on ur phone to remind about the med. Keep extra in ur purse or car in case ur alarm goes off while you're out.

I admit I have no idea about how many times per day or timing of bp meds (with food? without food?) but I absolutely second setting a timer on your phone and keeping them in a consistent place (or places) that are easily accessible depending on when you need to take them. I have one med I take 4x / day and one I take once a day and I finally had to break down and use a pill organizer because I was having a terrible time remembering if I'd taken all the doses. Do I feel like a senior citizen? Why yes, yes I do

but my health is better this way.

I've also used a pill box. I had a supah fancy one with two or three compartments per day for seven days. Only had to refill it once a week and if I was leaving the house I just threw it in my purse.
