I threw together something new today and it was a big hit!
8 oz pasta, cooked
1 lb sauteed, chopped chicken breasts
8 oz Italian blend cheese (1 bag Sargento 6-cheese shredded)
4 oz cream cheese
Heavy cream (about 3/4 c.)
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
Melt cheeses and cream. Mix in chicken and pasta, adding more cream if needed. Right before serving, stir in tomatoes.
