Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - Anyone go raw? Or done a raw fast?

I have been a veggie for over 2 years now, but I still eat like poop. Think Big Macs without the meat, sodas, pasta etc. I have been seriously considering going completely raw, any thoughts? Tips?
(Although I might keep the yogurt in, it seems to be a good way to get some protein and helps my digestion.)
