Chicken N Dumplings
Dumpling Recipe
- 3 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Shorting
- Just enough Milk so it moistens together to roll.
- 1 tbs. Season salt.

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
When you get to the milk part, make sure its not to much milk, just enough to moisten together and roll out.
before you roll out, be sure to flour down the area you will be rolling, and roll down your rolling pin.
After rolled out, cut into squares.

Soup Part
- 1 Chicken Cut up or whole
- 1 bunch of Green Onions
- 3 sticks of Celery
- Season salt
- Black pepper
- 4 Chicken broth cubes
- 1/2 stick of real butter

In a big soup pot, fill with water, and chicken, turn on to boil, and add green onions and celery
Let the chicken cook, once the chicken is boiled, take the chicken out of the pot into a big bowl to cool off.
While waiting on that, add your dumplings, and then debone your chicken, and add some milk to thicken up, alone with the butter.
add the 4 broth cubes.
Let cook on medium heat, and stir occasionally, so the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of your pan.
