This is the first thing I have ever, ever made good. I am only 22 so I have some learning to do but I got this down!

I really don't measure anything I use in this recipie (just like my grandmother )
You will need about 1lb of hamburger depending on how big your family is. With us `1 lb will feed me, dh, and dd twice and maybe some left. DD only eats one at a time and usually dh and me eat two or three.
To make the meatballs you will also need some chopped garlic, maybe 5 cloves, chopped cilantro (they sell the dried kind in the spice isle and that works just as well), half a bag of stuffing and one egg for 1lb of meat and two eggs for 2lbs of meat. Crush the stuffing up and mix with everything else. Form meatballs and drop them in hot cooking oil on about med low heat. They will need to be covered to cook thoroughly and they will need to cook about 40 min.

For the spaghetti sauce I don't do much special. I use Ragu brand sauce or Classico. I love both. However I also add a can of chicken broth to the sauce while it simmers while the meatballs cook. I heard that tip on 30 minute meals with Racheal Ray. Its supposed to make your sauce takes like it has been cooking all day and that its homemade. It is so yummy. I add about 5 cloves of garlic to that too because dh loves eating whole cloves I just like the taste it gives the sauce.

That's it except for the noodles and that's just explanantory If someone tries this recipe let me know how you like it!!!!! I would be so interested and flattered if someone tried my own recipe!
