I've never made crackers, so I'm no help there...
Before discovering that my kids are gluten intolerant, I used to love the healthy muffin recipes from happyherbivore.com. They always turned out delicious!
Also everything I've tried from happyfoody.com has been successful too. Lots of green smoothie recipes on her site.
My favorite smoothie is spinach, frozen mango, 2-3 fresh oranges, 3 pitted dates with a splash of vanilla extract. I can throw in a few baby carrots, half a beet, or a bit of celery without tasting it.
