Re: Anyone try canning recipes with agave nectar?
I tried with jam, and didn't get good results with the pectin. Had I used natural pectin (like was suggested) the results would have probably been better. I also used it in a couple of jars of peaches, and the flavor was just okay. I do like to use honey when making a syrup for my fruit, but I just wasn't thrilled with the agave nectar.
