Um, that is FAR too high class. I was raised in Oklahoma where there was almost no produce available.
How about cantaloupe? That's kind of similar
Cantaloupe Chicken Salad

2 sliced green onions
2 T diced walnuts
1/3 C mayo
3 T plain yogurt
1 T dijon mustar
1 t. chopped fresh parsley
1 cantaloupe, halved and seeded
Combine chicken in bowl with celery, apple, green onion, and walnuts. Mix mayo with yogurt, mustard, and parsley and add to chicken mix. Line cantaloupe halves with small lettuce leaves, heaping chicken salad in centers.

Oh, tough.
BBQ chicken baste
1 16 oz can purple plums
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 c salad oil (no idea...LOL)
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t. fresh ginger
1/2 C chopped onion
Pit and puree plums, combine with remaining ingredients, simmer 15 min. Makes 2 C sauce.
2 chicken fryers, cut into quarters, brushed with oil and placed over coals for about 5 minutes to sear; turn. Brush with plum baste and turn every 3 minutes, brushing with baste at every turn. Cooking time is about 40 min.
It sounds really good but probably not that easy
