If you do them again, let me share my favorite way to do tilapia and flounder! ds loves them both. I salt the fillets on the bottom side, lay them in a shallow glass dish coated with olive oil (the dish, not the fish...oh, a rhyme! it's so delish!).
Anyway, I pour the juice of a whole lemon (you can use half if you don't like it too lemony) over the fillets, sprinkle them with salt and paprika, dot them with butter, and bake them at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
