I need to review the foods we frequently eat and see how much dye or HFCS they contain. She definitely has a sweet tooth and asks for candy on a regular basis...but as far as food products, I think I do a fairly good job avoiding dyes. I'll have to look closely for the HFCS, tho.

Very interesting about magnesium...do you have any links to share on it? I think I could get her to take a bath with Epsom salts without too much trouble.
