Squash Dip
Roast squash at 350 until done – 2 C into blender or processor
Can garbanzo beans or 2 C
1 t cumin, mustard, coriander
2 T olive oil
½ t salt
½ t black pepper
2 T lemon juice (1 T first, more to flavor
½ t thyme to 1 T (to taste)
blend together – add more salt and pepper if needed
