Cheese is hard for me to give up...well...it WAS hard for me to give up. As mentioned in another post...I cut dairy out while doing a cleanse and when I finally tried it yesterday my digestive system felt SO yucky after that I am not going to bother eating it anymore.
Something I've found is rice cheese, which at regular temp doesn't taste quite like cheese...but it tastes like a pretty decent substitute when melted in an omelette or grated over a yummy bean dish and put in the oven.
So it's not going to be as hard for me to give up cheese anymore.
