I think you'd have to manually log out and forget the connection each time.
The way we handle it is to manage the entire wifi through the router. Ie. the wifi is entirely shut off in the house. When the children ask to use it I go through my hardwired to the internet lap top and turn on the wifi for a time. That allows them to connect all their devices.
But yes, for us it's an all or nothing thing. No wifi or wifi turned on with permission. It works because we have hard wired anything that we want to have constant internet connection (my computer, tv for netflix and hulu, and telephone). BUT there is likely a way that you can turn on and off just the guest wifi through your router and handle it similarly.
