I tried too many raw recipes that just were...not for me.
And that's one of the biggest reasons I mostly gave up on raw "uncooking" - it's time consuming and can be expensive, and then if you don't like it,
. We have NO raw eateries around here - the closest, I think, is three hours away in NYC.
I wish I could try more before making the food.
