I've been craving fish something crazy lately, and Katiekind's fish taco thread got me wondering if y'all knew some other ways I could fix it without frying. I tend to rely on fish sticks
or canned tuna. The only caveats are that it has to be a white fish...I really can't stomach salmon or the like. And I"m allergic to shellfish, so it can't be a gumbo or shrimp salad or anything.
Ideas, please?
