I made 2 pans of lasagna tonight so all I have to do tomorrow is make a fresh salad!

It was cold and rainy today and it even snowed up in the mountains!

So lasagna, garlic bread, and salad sounded good. I don't normally make lasagna in summer. We are having such a cold summer so far. Supposed to be 93F on Thursday, though.

I never boil lasagna noodles anymore. The "no boil" ones are no different than regular. You can use them dry and they turn out just fine.
