Oh, dh makes himself coffee, chocolate smoothies sometimes. Ill tell him to try it. He will use it all up in no time.

I know you said no dessert, but cherry might help make interesting something like Washington cookies, which are pretty much granola bars in disguise. Or plain oatmeal cookies. Cherry might help disguise a reduction in sugar for something like that to become more of a snack.
Could also mix a small amount directly into yogurt for variety.
One thing first...have you double-checked the label to make sure it's actually real cherry? If it's artificial, I'd have no guilt throwing it out without striving to use it up.

Oh I have some pecans that I can use up for cherry pecan muffins.
He said he will try it in the smoothie he makes himself or yogurt.
