I am an exclusive cast iron skiller user and am extremely happy with them BUT I do have one piece of remaining teflon in my house, which is the electric griddle that I use for pancakes and to bring camping (when we do non-rustic tent camping with electricity). I'd love to switch that out to a safer version.

But share your reviews for all brands whether it's skillet or griddle, because we are all looking for different things.
