Oh yes, rhubarb! We harvested about a 3/4 gallon, going to harvest more this week.. We started with 1 medium size plant. Now we have 2 massive plants and one medium. Going to split the massive ones again this year. So excited for rhubarb pie!

I always forget we have chives, too. They spread a lot, too.

We also have wild strawberries, wild thimbleberries, wild ginger (not actual ginger but can be used just like ginger), and wild oregon grapes. We have to go hiking to find huckleberries and elderberries. I'm going to plant elderberries one of these days.
