So I researched and it actually contains .42 g of carbs which are unnecessary to report.
it also contains .02 sugars
To me that is unmeasurable but in large quantities you would add carbs
heavy cream isn't something we buy so it doesn't matter to me but I became curious as I what happened to the carbs in the liquid and googled nutritional contents
now it makes sense to me because gaps allowed no sugars but honey
I use mostly coconut oil and little butter
