Oh so yummy. We had some leftover from dinner last night and I ate them as a snack with a homemade lemony dill ranch dressing and it was soooo good. I have a few more green beans left so I think I will be oven-roasting in the near future just for some snack food for me.

I roasted fresh green beans tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion and gf soy sauce at 425 degrees for 30 mins stirring at the 15 min mark.

Tonight is brats, sauerkraut, oven fries, watermelon.
