wow, we cleaned out most of the milk products - not good for any of my children, and got rid of lots of the sugars, but not all - I am cooking and baking with honey and maple syrup now though. My kids and I are having withdrawal from all of it - my oldest dd who will be 13 in a week just won't quit the milk products - she eats them away from home constantly, and youngest dd who is 3 keeps asking for chocolate milk and pigged out on cheese at her preschool Christmas party yesterday and ds 6 wants sugar all the time - he asks for the "regular" syrup rather than the pure maple syrup -
- I want chocolate all the time. I really don't know if we will succeed or not. But, we will keep trying.
