I rotate what I buy for food. Blue, Innova, any of the better brands. He only gets 1/2 cup a day total. He's 12 pounds.

I now give him half a can of food a couple to few times a week. A friend gives her cats only wet food, but dry food is so much easier, so this is my compromise.

As for litter, not bad for one cat either. I like pine litter, I don't like the smell of clay litter. Personal preference.

Indoor cats really only a rabies and distemper vaccine every 3 years. Outdoor cats should also have a Feline Leukemia vaccine.

When saving half can of food for later in the week, does your cat need it at room temp before she'll eat it? (I refrigerate the leftover half. )my cat won't eat it till it's not cold anymore
