I think Zoom is supposed to ba available on the Alexa Show in late fall, and is starting to be available on some Facebook Portals. I don't think you can do Facebook Messenger on Alexa. You can do Skype. You can video call someone who has the Alexa app on their phone, but not their computer.
I'm not entirely sure about any of this.
Group-calling (up to 8) is supposed to be coming to Alexa very soon, don't think it's there yet.

So Portal might be better *right this second*. And there's the Google one too.
