Thanks for all the ideas.
I am definitely making sour cream rhubarb crumb cake on Sunday morning. (Benefit of livestream church, don't have to get anyone dressed or in the car, I have time for this!)
I also have a lot of cucumbers so I am going to make my grandmother's cucumber salad (basically it's vinegar, sugar, sour cream, sweet onions, and sliced cucumbers).
I will still have lots left over so I really appreciate all the ideas.
(I cannot fathom eating sour cream like yogurt!
