Re: my cat bit me; do I need to see a Dr?
Honestly it gives people false hope to take antibiotics that were left over from a family member.....different bacteria need different antibiotics. The dose and length of treatment need to be adjusted for your situation....it isn't a one size fits all.
My own father wanted me a RN to tell him it was ok to take some antibiotics from a previous UTI and I wouldn't--made him go see his dr.
Don't take short cuts with your health....go see your MD!
