I found some more fall-ish recipes.
My kids love these
pumpkin pancakes and they only have 2 TBSP of sugar.
These
roasted sweet potatoes are really yummy and I don't use all of the honey called for - just a drizzle.
I love any kind of roasted veggie for fall but these seem to really hit the spot:
Roasted Parsnips and Carrots (I've also added sweet potatoes to this as well).
I'm not sure if these qualify for your version of healthy, but I tend to make them more in the fall:
Sheet pan kielbasa and sauerkraut - I like to add the sauteed apples to this meal.
Cranberry Orange Pork Roast - quite a bit of sugar in this one, but might be able to be subbed
