quinoa with stewed apricot and black currants
I'm proud of myself for finally making this for my dd.
Soak the apricots and currants(1cup) in 1 cup of water for 1 hour. Then cook for 15-20 minutes. Puree.
Make quinoa porridge ( I used quinoa flakes) and then mix in desired amount of apricot/currant puree.
If child does not find it sweet enough...add a bit of baby food prunes.
