Substitute for Butter in This Recipe?
I have a recipe for chocolate chip muffins that calls for flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter, with more butter for the tins. I want to make it dairy free if possible. I already switched the supermarket chips for Enjoy Life allergen-free chips (yum pure semi-sweet chocolate I am in LOVE). What would the best substitute for melted butter be?
