Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - My freezer jam did not set right.

Perhaps I panicked too soon. It was thicker in the freezer but I figured it was just freezing. It was still warm but I thought it thickened as it cooled. I usually do not boil mine either but I remember the last batch being much thicker as it cooled to room temp so I thought perhaps I did not let it boil enough.
