High protein baked goods for breakfast?
My oldest has crazy food issues and allergies. My strategy right now is high protein/fat baked goods, but they also have to be gluten, dairy, peanut, and treenut free.
So far we're doing:
Black bean brownies
Banana bean cake
Banana muffins
Banana pancakes
Any other suggestions? Won't do meat or smoothies
