What about no bake protein balls? So easy to make, and you can do a HUGE variety of add in's to change it up. My gf kiddos LOVE these. This is the basic premise of the recipe:

a variety of muffins
bagels and cream cheese
raisin toast with cream cheese
yogurt and granola
We do rely heavily on eggs so most of the other things I do are egg based.
