I'm on a mission to fill my freezer with muffins because my kids are tired of their self-serve breakfast choices. And I don't like making breakfast more than once a week.
What are your favorites? I'm looking for healthier choices but they don't have to be completely sugar free or anything. But I'm not looking for cupcakes that call themselves muffins.
I just made these double chocolate zucchini muffins. They are fantastic. They only have 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of avocado oil per 12 muffins . And there's the zucchini in there. They're still not super healthy but I'm going for middle of the road, here. (Pics of the muffins on my Instagram, link in siggy.)
