Monday, I made taco soup in the instant pot. For some reason, it did not seal (OK, I know the reason....I forgot to put the ring on. ....still dealing with covid brain fog. ) All the liquid evaporated. It was like chili. Everyone loved it and said to make chili like that again, that it was way better than my usual chili.

I love those happy accidents!
I made French bread pizzas last night and whipped up some chicken with a creamy sauce (tomatoes, spinach with an Alfredo based sauce but I added cream cheese and the chicken cooking liquid) to have some extra protein with it.
I also made Lima beans for me to eat with the chicken (I'm not eating pizza right now) and they were SO GOOD. I cooked them in water and drained and then added butter, salt, pepper, and cream.
