Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - Please help me decide what to serve at DD's birthday party!!

One of the families who's attending is vegan. The party will be over the dinner hour and I need some ideas about what to serve. I've done lots of vegetarian cooking, but have only made a few vegan meals. I need something that can be made earlier in the day (or even the day before) and is economical, as at least 20 people are attending. I was thinking of having a burrito bar with black beans, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, salsa, and guacomole (plus some cheese, sour cream, and meat for the non-veggies).

Any other ideas? I will really appreciate any and all suggestions! TIA!
