Honestly prior to gluten free I LOVED Big Macs so it’s one of my favorites. A former boss used a keto 1000 island and gave me the recipe
I go huge on lettuce, moderate serving of meat and the rest is just condiments.... (right now I can’t tolerate onions and it’s still awesome)
Lettuce note: usually we do all iceberg or a combo of romaine and iceberg
